2026-27 Concession Sale Dates Still Available

Student organizations can still apply to sell concessions at Panther Athletics home games (Klotsche Center). Dates are first come, first served with no waitlist so act now!

The dates currently available are November 29th (2 PM) and December 31st (12 PM)!

Form - 2026-27 Concession Sales Application

Requirements

• Currently registered and in good standing with UWM.
• Guarantee a team of at least 5 students to work the whole event (some larger events will requir up to 6 students to work the whole event).
• All student workers must be current UWM Students and members of the organization.
• Your Organization needs to have a bank or credit union account for this process. Reach out to Natalie at benavidn@uwm.edu with questions.

Preparations

• Commited team members
• Food handling training (provided)
• Register operations training (provide through Canvas)

Note

• After you get the check from your Concession sale, you must cash it to your Credit Union account within 30 days of receiving it.
• If you do not show for your shift or do not have at least five students attend, your org will not be eligible for concessions sales for a period of one year.
